Priority - £8.00, Priority delivery is 24hour tracked  with Royal Mail, your items will take priority and packed first.

All parcels are collected Monday - Friday before 10am, we do our best to have your parcels out same or next day with your chosen delivery service.  Tracking information will be send to your emails, please check and fallow your parcel in this way. Due to out of control situations like weather, delays with delivery ect, please allow 14 working days before using our contact us for to declare any lost parcels.

​Our return policy prioritizes your health and hygiene. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened or tried-on items. However, items returned in their original packaging are eligible for a refund, though please note that delivery and return costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.
